Derwent Edge 1
Derwent Edge 2
Beautiful Winter evening. One of those rare days where it was difficult not to take a good picture. The warmth of the setting sun casts a red hue on the snow around the rocks on Derwent Edge
As the sun was setting over the distant Kinder plateau, the freezing snow sparkles in the low light.
All pictures here were taken with my Digital Camera!

Moonrise over Riber Castle
Rescue in the Lakes

Riber Castle, until recently a nature preserve, stands empty and silent as the moon rises behind it.
