I have been taking pictures of the same tree from the same places for over two years now and have a wealth of pictures showing it through the seasons and in different weather. Here is a selection.
The tree is a Beech and sits on my route to work. I walk to work through the fields between tansley and Matlock. Here, the tree is in early leaves at the height of spring.

Summer
Early Autumn
Summer and the tree has lost it's vibrancy of spring. The grass is longer and dandelions have gone.
As we head into autumn, here late september / early october time - with a heavy dew and it's leaves turning. Some have already strated to fall.
All pictures here were taken with my Digital Camera!

Here a dusting of snow sits on the skeletal branches. All leaves gone obviously but the day is bright and cold.
Heavy Snow
Autumn Mists
A typical autumnal misty morning on my way to work.
During a heavy snowstorm I dashed down to take this picture. It was actually taken during the start of the Foot and Mouth outbreak so I shouldn't have been here although the tape only went up later.
